The City of Larkspur Public Works Department would like to invite residents and businesses to a follow-up meeting for the South Eliseo Bike and Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project. City staff have preliminary designs to share for traffic calming and pedestrian improvements including narrower travel lanes, Class III bicycle sharrow markings and raised median islands, curb ramps and marked crosswalks at select intersections. The City is hopeful in receiving partial funding through Transportation Authority of Marin's Safe Pathways to Schools Program to implement these improvements in summer 2020.
Local residents and businesses interested in the project are encouraged to attend this second Community Meeting on Thursday, November 12, 2019 to learn more about the project. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm in the Community Room at the Central Marin Police Station, 250 Doherty Drive. For more information, please contact Rich Cho at (415) 496-2682 or email@example.com.
