[ARCHIVED] A Note of Thanks from a Grateful Dad.

Dear Fire Chief Sinnott,

I would like to commend your firefighters for their excellent customer service relations.
I had decided to take my wife and two children for a visit to your city on August 28th 2011. I live in the city of Oakley, in far east Contra Costa County, and we decided to take our children to larkspur and the surrounding areas in Marin County to cool off and take in the sites. After our lunch at Pizzeria Picco, we were walking back to our car when the fire engine pulled up. My daughter loves fire engines and she began to wave at them. We watched them back the engine into the station and as we started to walk away the crew came out to say hi and immediately gave my daughter some stickers. That made my daughters day!
I was impressed that your firefighters were extremely nice and were quick to greet the public. I didnt get their names, but I hope the date can help.
I just wanted to thank you and your department for making my four year old daughter happy that day!
