UPCOMING CONSTRUCTION

“PG&E will be performing required work on the main gas distribution line that crosses Via La Cumbre this coming week. There will be traffic impacts on south and northbound Via La Cumbre on Monday, September 29th to an estimated finish date of Wednesday, October 1st. The closure will be in effect between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, approximately. Repaving activity for a few days will also take place within the first few weeks of October, scheduled currently for the week of October 6th.

Students and parents should be advised to plan additional time during these days. This work is critical and required to safely test the gas transmission lines. It is unfortunately not possible for the work to be completed safely without impacting traffic for these noted days, as large excavation equipment will be staged on southbound Via La Cumbre.
