A large construction truck fully loaded with a materials sped out of control down a steep road, eventually careening off the roadway and crashing into the second and third floors of a townhouse. The entire side of the townhouse was destroyed. Although the truck was crushed beyond recognition, somehow the two occupants survived. It took fire crews over an hour to extricate the two employees from the cab of the truck.
