The City is initiating a public comment period on Larkspur's proposed 2023 Green Building Model Code and Ordinance. This proposed code aims to address the pressing issue of climate change and promote sustainable building practices in Larkspur.

As part of this public comment period, we will be hosting a virtual community workshop on April 19th at 6 PM. The workshop will provide a platform for members of the community to learn, discuss, and provide input on the proposed code. To ensure that all comments and perspectives are considered, we are inviting members of the community to submit written comments prior to April 3, 2023. These comments will be reviewed and considered by staff in preparing its report for the April 19 meeting.
