Because wildfires are the new normal in California, the time has come for every homeowner to adapt and protect their homes by creating a fire-smart landscape while improving their garden’s overall health and beauty. As daunting as wildfires can be for homeowners, this seminar offers guidelines where should they start and where can they go to for information and resources. Marin Master Gardener Toni Gattone will outline the important steps that homeowners can take now to make a plan and “work towards” creating and maintaining a fire-smart landscape.
