Public Works provides integral services to our community every day. Our Engineering and Maintenance Division develops citywide and capital improvement projects, and is responsible for maintaining the city’s rights-of-way and our storm water system.

The City is now accepting building, public works and planning permits online through eTRAKiT, Encroachment permit applicants should use the "Permits" module to apply, upload plans, pay for permits. Registered contractors may schedule inspections under "Inspections."

Projects Currently Bidding
All City of Larkspur public works projects currently bidding are listed with Ebidboard. All project documents and plan holder's lists may be downloaded at no cost. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register as a plan holder to receive automatic notifications of addenda, project updates, etc.
